A final "i" after a consonant in Romanian is most often a palatalisation mark, and should therefore be transliterated with ь instead of и. Therefore:

• Ботошань (жудец) and not Ботошани (жудец) (the first variant wins even in Google)
• Брынкушь, Константин and not Брынкуши, Константин
