Премия Чарльза Харда Таунса ( англ. Charles Hard Townes Award ) — награда Оптического общества (OSA) . Вручается за выдающиеся достижения в области квантовой электроники . Названа в честь лауреата Нобелевской премии по физике Чарлза Харда Таунса . Учреждена в 1980 году, награждение проводится с 1981 года. Медалью награждены три лауреата Нобелевской премии.
