How to set my keyboard in X-window?

setxkbmap -layout cz_robot,ru -variant ,phonetic -option grp:alt_shift_toggle -option grp_led:scroll

But I didn't find how temporaly switch between ru and cz, the Right-Alt key don't work for this purpose.
