I have worked previously with , specifically ; and Citi TV; and in roles like Sub-Saharan Africa reporting, broadcasting, programs management, content acquisitions and relations management for partners like the , and . I have also held social and digital media management and video journalism roles.

I have also been a journalism, digital media and content consultant for , the United States Embassy's , , and the Jack Ma Foundation.

I am a co-founder and an active volunteer of , a Ghanaian community of Wikipedia editors. I was named Wikimedian of the Year in October 2020.

I advise and assist with collaboration and communication with communities about product development, community-facing product changes, and roll-outs.

I work within the Community Relations subteam of Movement Communications in the Communications department.
