Apple Arcade — сервис подписки на видеоигры , предоставляемый компанией Apple . Он доступен через специальную вкладку App Store на устройствах под управлением iOS 13 , tvOS 13 , iPadOS 13 и macOS Catalina и новее. Сервис был запущен 19 сентября 2019 года.

Программный клиент Apple Arcade обеспечивает установку и регулярное обновление игр, и игр — когда подписчики могут прерывать игровой процесс на одном устройстве и в любой момент возобновлять его на другом. Apple Arcade также выполняет роль средства технической защиты авторских прав , платформы для многопользовательских игр и потокового вещания для игроков.

Сервис Apple Arcade был впервые представлен компанией Apple 25 марта 2019 года на презентации в театре Стива Джобса , расположенном в городе Купертино (штат Калифорния, США) .

Apple Arcade запущена 19 сентября 2019 года сразу в 150 странах мира .

Описание

В сервисе Apple Arcade доступно свыше 100 эксклюзивных игр. Все игры доступны офлайн — то есть играть можно без подключения к Интернету . Во всех играх отсутствует реклама и встроенные покупки. Присутствует возможность настроить семейный доступ (до 6 пользователей). Первый месяц Apple Arcade доступна бесплатно, дальше — за 199 ₽/мес. (стоимость в РФ).
